 re Park\nTime: We will gather in the parking lot at 6:15 pm. Run starts pr
 omptly at 6:30 p.m.\nRecommended Gear: Trail shoes\, hydration and bear sp
 ray if you have it.\n\nThis group is free of charge and open to everyone!

 : All 30k racers will be doing the 10k Route 3 times\, 20k racers will be 
 doing the 10k Route 2 times and our 5k participants will complete half of 
 the 10k route.\n\nThe course will be a combination single track trails\, r
 oads\, &amp\; downhill ski trails.\n\nWe would recommend (racers choice) t
 hat each racer carry the following items:\n– BEAR SPRAY.\n(we will have 
 bear spray available for purchase at registration)\n– at least 1L CAPACI
 TY for WATER on you.\n(we will also have full serve &amp\; self serve wate
 r stations positioned along the course)
