DESCRIPTION:Be Brave\nBe Confident\nBe YOU\nThis Nitehawk Camp creates o
 pportunities for girls (ages 8-12) to participate in a variety of new acti
 vities\, learn new skills and push personal boundaries. In this camp we wi
 ll be introducing fun and creative physical activity to participants inclu
 ding\; biking\, yoga\, hiking\, survival skills and more. The ultimate go
 al is helping girls discover that active living can be fun and that they a
 re strong enough to overcome fears!\nEach day will start off by connecting
  with the other campers and ourselves through guided talking circles. The 
 goals for these talks are (but not limited to\, as conversation flows free
 ly with each group)\n\n 	Learning how to set and work toward personal goal
 s\n 	Change the way we talk to ourselves to be more positive\n 	Learn that
  it is okay to put ourselves first\, respecting ourselves above all else.\
 n\nAfter our conversations we will get our creative juices flowing and mak
 e a craft.\n\nFollowing our craft\, we will eat a healthy lunch and fuelin
 g our bodies to be the most effective in sport\, before heading out for an
  afternoon of adventure.\nThe camp includes an option Thursday night sleep
 over! Dinner is included for the sleep over night :)\n*Transportation to 
 Nitehawk may be arranged at an additional cost\, please contact Connie at
