DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION NOW OPEN\n\nJoin us for the 5th Annual “Tuffest
  10″\nFoot Race\, Saturday July 2 at 10:00AM.\nEnter into your choice 
 of either a 10km or 21km\nindividual run or team relay on the Terrain of\n
 the Wapiti River Valley.\nOpen to all ages and in support of Nitehawk\nRec
 reation Area’s continued facility improvement.\nRegistration:\n Adults (

 or other outdoor adventure races like the “Sinister 7″\, “Emperors C
 hallenge”\, “Off the Grid Adventure Race” and the “Death Race”.

  to the course this year\, pleasw watch for an updated course map coming s
 oon. The course will still be a combination single track trails\, roads\, 
 downhill ski trails as well as 2 sections of off trail.\nThis is a tough c
 ourse\, that will "bring you to your knees" with sections of rugged bush. 
 Please dress appropriately\, carry bug spray\, and carry enough food and w
 ater. I hope you all enjoy the challenge and I can't wait to hear your com
