 \, we are excited to have you join us for the 2021 “Nitehawk Annual Ski 
 &amp\; Snowboard Swap” – November 5 &amp\; 6\, 2021 at the Evergreen P
 ark TARA Centre.\n\n\n\n\n 	Equipment Drop Off is Friday November 5th from
  4:00-8:00pm (please pre-submit your ski swap equipment information by c
 licking the green button)\n\n\n\n 	Equipment Sale is Saturday November 6t
 h with four(4) 90-minute viewing times available at 9:00AM\, 11:00AM\, 1:0
 0PM &amp\; 3:00PM (please pre-book you ski swap viewing time by clicking 
 the blue button)\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Annual Nitehawk Ski &amp\; Snowboard Swa
 p is an awesome opportunity to get great deals on new or gently used Ski &
 amp\; Snowboard equipment or even sell your equipment from last year or th
 at your children have outgrown.\n\nWe are happy to have the Wapiti Nordic 
 Ski Club join us again this year to make Cross Country Skiing a part of ou
 r Sale.\n\nAll our Partner Groups will also be in attendance taking Regist
 rations for their clubs for the Season\, they include: Nitehawk Alpine Ski
  Team\, Nitehawk Snowboard Club\, Northern Extreme Freestyle Ski Team and 
 Canadian Ski Patrol – Grande Prairie.\n\nSo Pre-Book your Viewing Time\,
  Pre-submit your “Ski Swap” Equipment Details and be prepared to find 
 some great deals for the whole family!\n\n\n 	Please note that the cheques
  for sold equipment\, as well as unsold equipment will be available for pi
 ck-up at the Evergreen Park TARA Centre on Sunday November 7th (no earlier
 ) from 12:00noon to 3:00pm.\n 	Any unsold equipment that is not picked up 
 by 3:00pm on Nov.7th\, will be disposed of as the GP Ski Club see’s fit.

 t your Contact Information and Equipment Details for ALL Downhill Ski &am
 p\; Snowboard and Nordic Ski Equipment and Winter Clothing that you’ll b
 e submitting to the “Ski Swap” prior to 9:00AM on November 5th\, as w
 e will be pre-printing all Equipment Labels in advance so that the check-i
 n process moves along a little quicker.\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease Note: Due to cu
 rrent restrictions and facility capacity constraints of 33% at the Evergre
 en Park TARA Centre\, we will be requiring ALL families &amp\; individuals
  to pre-book their “Ski Swap” Viewing Times. We are only allowing gro
 ups of up to 4 family members and encourage you to only bring those childr
 en that need to be sized for gear. Please be aware that should you bring m
 ore individuals than you pre-booked for\, we will not be allowing them int
 o the SWAP.\n\n**Masks will be required Indoors for ALL Attendees &amp\; P
 hysical Distancing is encouraged.\n\n\n\nWe always need Volunteers for SKI
